About Justin Nelson

I’m Justin Nelson, a Managing Broker and REALTOR® with John L. Scott in Bellingham, Washington. I’ve been helping people buy and sell residential real estate since 2013, serving clients throughout Bellingham, Whatcom County, Skagit County, and San Juan County.

I believe good real estate service starts with clear communication and honest advice. Buying or selling a home involves a lot of decisions, and I’m here to help you understand your options and move forward with confidence. Whether we’re preparing a home for the market, working through an inspection, negotiating an offer, or determining what a property is really worth, I’ll give you my honest opinion and help you make the decision that’s right for you.

Before becoming a real estate broker, I worked in builder sales, marketing, and small business. That experience gave me a practical understanding of how homes are built, prepared, marketed, and sold. Today, I work with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, sellers, and people relocating to Northwest Washington.

I also believe my relationship with a client shouldn’t end at the closing table. I want to remain someone you can call when you have a question about your home, the local real estate market, or what to do next.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me running around Bellingham, skiing, woodworking, baking bread, watching soccer, or spending time with my wife, Lisa, and our son, Parker. I’m proud to volunteer and give back to the community that has given so much to me and my family. I’m grateful to live and work here, and I enjoy helping others make Northwest Washington their home too.
